DIY Pacbrake Install
Has anyone installed their own Pacbrake? Just wondering how tough of an install it is. Installing on 2001 Dodge Cummins w/auto tranny.

I installed a Pacbrake PRXB on my 06 RAM. It has the 48RE. The 06 model year is factory rated to use an exhaust brake. The brake control fully integrates with the ECM and Tow/Haul function. Works really well and you have on board air since the Pacbrake uses high pressure air for activation.
The hardest part was getting all the parts close enough together to reseat the two V band clamps. Ended up using ratchet straps to pull them together.
Not sure about installing one on an 01.
