If you are referring to AGM GC-2 6V, then that is a unique case dimension which would only be important if exact fit is required to replace a 6V FLA GC-2.
A FLA 6V GC-2 also includes the deep cycle spec which makes it very different than regular FLA 12V.
So, for AGMs, I don't see any inherent difference or distinction based on Volts per battery.
