Maybe the first post was misleading. Between the "50 amps are not available" and the 20a plug to the air this got off to the wrong start.
The 20a manual DPDT switches will work fine for these branch circuits. Automatic would also work by switching the branch circuit breaker off.
The four GC2 are plenty.
The connector to get the 20a from the GFI is called an "inlet" and will put power to the air just fine.
