I kinda do the same thing with a 1500WATT PSW Inverter in my setup. I only want to run all of the inside and outside 120VAC receptacles with this. I end up flipping a bunch of breakers when I use this... Your 2000WATT Inverter fully loaded down will draw a bunch of DC AMPS from your batteries. My 1500WATT inverter fully loaded would run me down rather quickly using my 255AH battery bank. I like to run around 20AMPS current from my battery setup for four hours or so a day. Then run 1-2 amps the rest of the time to keep all the parasitic drains on.
My 1500WATT PSW 120VAC receptacle is installed real close to the shorw power cable connection so I just use a short 120VAC 15AMp adapter to the RV30A Connector and manually plug it in when I want to fire up my trailer with the 1500WATT inverter. Setup looks like this on the outside of my trailer. The connector on the right is fed by the 1500WATT Inverter.
