  • It is a Hunter brand,5+2 day programmable thermostat on sale at Mennards $9.99.
This is what the back of my factory thermo looked like

Simple to follow the color code from old to new .
Literally a 2 min job and tons better.

  • Thank you for sharing, my meters will be on their way soon! Is there a chance you will share the information on the thermostat? I have the Dometic one and it makes me want to scream sometimes. I am in the early stages of researching to replace it and any info you can share would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Chad
  • popeyemth,

I used phone wire as amp draw is to low to measure with most ammeters.
    Good Luck, Mike
  • Thanks
    Ammeters have too wait :)
Next is remote reading thermometers for the fridge and freezer, then thermostat controlled exhaust fans for the fridge stack.
  • Looks good. You will find they are very usefull. Next you will be adding ammeters.
  • Nice monitors......love being able to see what is real time voltage and that digital t-stat is a great upgrade

A flat junction box cover plate with just 4 holes in corners is available vs the slotted cover plate
