Exhaust brakes

I am looking into installing an after market of some sorts exhaust brake.. I have an 2009 F-350 with tow haul 6.4 ... Does the Banks brake or one similar work better then the factory tow-haul mode? Not having any issues , just looking to hit some hilly areas over the next year or two....are there heating up issues inside the turbo for these types of add- ons?

  • I installed a PacBrake PRXB on my Ram 5.9 CTD 5 years ago and it has worked flawlessly from the first day. Would not be caught without it. This one is air operated and supplies air for other uses. Very handy to have for air bags, etc.
