A very cool product for sure. I installed one on my last TT (since replaced with FW) & loved it! One caveat: be careful when you run it up using an electric jack. I had a Barker 3500 & used to "snug" the Flip Jack up tight to the A-frame so it wouldn't rattle. Wasn't too worried because that model of jack was supposed to have limit switches to prevent damaging the screw. Long story short - when I was at the dealer dropping the trailer off for consignment, I was distracted & flipped the switch the wrong way - trying to raise instead of lower. There was a loud bang as the screw snapped - and the whole thing just fell out of the jack tube! Somewhat embarrassing after I just bragged about the great condition the rig was in.
Next time I would look for some kind of rubber donut or spacer to slip above the Flip Jack & take up the slack without stressing the screw.
