Flex seal roofs

Does not work any moisture underneath will cause bubbling. Even a tiny amount

Have not heard anything good about the life of any repair using this.

The formulation is water soluble.

You'll hate yourself and your RV even more. A PI used it on ours and it took alot of work before anything would stick to it. Ruined the roof in the mean time. Eternabond, Dicor and even the Alpha. Nightmare to say the least.

I had my "will leak, just when and how bad" rubber roof replaced in January 2016 with This. My rubber roof membrane had failed and moisture was leaking through the membrane material.

Very happy after the past year and zero caulking to worry about either.

This product was designed for RV roofs and is superb.

I would have it installed on a brand new rig before I ever moved in.

I did not use it on my roof. I did use another brand of basically the same thing on one of my crank open roof vents. I replaced it 2 years in a row. The second one I sprayed with the white rubber hoping to keep the UV rays off of it for a little longer. We will see in the spring if it worked.

I've been looking at this. Would you be willing to tell me what it cost you to have your done? Please feel free to PM if you don't want it public.

My experience, not on an RV, is that the white version has about a 2 month life outdoors. First it turns yellow and then flakes off. Worthless.
