allure vinyl plank flooring with the grip strip (not the click lock style) is the easiest. I've rehabbed around 200 trailers. Just be sure to lay the foam underlayment first which helps not only with sound deadening but makes it soft underfoot. Just staplegun the underlayment directly down over the old floor (unless it's carpet of course). If you don't use underlayment the seams could separate in very cold weather. Most colors are around $2 a square foot. Only sold at home depot. I don't even use shoe molding anymore because I can cut under doorjambs and cabinets etc using an electric jamb saw. Rent one and make life easier.
