hard start capacitor

Got an spp6E for my a/c.
I don't know if my unit is psc or csir type.
I'm guessing psc and I would hook the new capacitor to to
the unused prongs of the oval capacitor.
Both have 2 unused prongs as seen in pic.
Any opinions from the electrical gurus would be greatly appreciated.

    I think the black one is a motor start capacitor and would love the "numbers on it". Did they put the black one in as a hard start capacitor?

    Not sure why I have to ask the obvious but what make / model of A/C are we talking about? :h I've got several pics of hard start cap installations on a variety of A/C units I've owned but they'd be kinda useless unless we know what A/C you have.
