Using a hitch receiver to make the assembly removable is a good idea, but you need to beef up the attaching points. That back of the TT is subject to a lot of bouncing up and down, so the design not only has to handle the weight it has to control the movement as well.
Link is not working for me? I used receiver tube and welded it to the underside of the frame that was used for the supports then fabricated a rack for mine to sit on then the male receiver tube ends welded to the rack and it slid into the female 2.5" receiver tube under the RV.
