The short answer is no. The bulbs with 2 contacts have the LEDs wired between the contacts while the single contact bulbs have the LEDs wired between the contact and the base. You received the wrong bulb, probably because you ordered the wrong bulb.
I have seen several posts where people have received single contact bulbs for their double contact sockets. Maybe you can get together and arrange a swap. :h
