Hi,
I received the order from AliExpress, it is the same vendor as Superbright LED's, according to the packing materials. The lights are a lot more blue than the factory lights, amp draw in one light fixture is 0.2 amps according to my E-Meter, and it has a 12 LED and 24 LED light panel in it, so 36 of the 5050 LED's. It provides adequate light in my bedroom to dress with, and lights up the adjacent hallway.
I have been testing the 13 LED light replacement for the porch light, leaving it on night and day starting June 24. I can let everyone know in about 30 days if the light adapter will last a long time, it barely has a 0.1 amp draw, so basically nothing on my solar system, 2.4 AH daily is insignificant. Someone posted that the adapter they bought was showing signs of failure after a 30 day camping trip, I hope that is not the case with these adapters anymore.
I plan on converting my bathroom light from 2 of the conventional 1141 bulbs to either 3 or 4 of the panels inside the existing fixture. I will probably convert it on the 4th, and have not decided on the exact details, might use a 12 and 24 LED panel in each side of the fixture, might try to squeeze in a pair of 24 LED panels to see if that will make it bright enough. Anyway I will be changing my most used conventional light from 2.4 amps to 0.4 amps.
After that, I might change my 26W florescent from 18" tube to a bunch of 12 or 24 LED panels, and see how that works out.
Anyway it has been fun playing around with them. I cut the wire at the socket, and used the two wires that went to the factory socket to the new adapters. Yes I have taken pictures and know how to post them, just a time thing.
Fred.
