New here, but just read many posts in this thread and thought I would chime in with my experience.
I ordered a "sample" of a 24 LED 50505 board. The wedge base adapter on mine left much to be desired. It was of poor quality and even one of the "contact" wires was non existent. I will be looking for another way to configure my lamp to get it working.
An observation to anyone that is having heat related issues, burned out LEDs etc. Dont mount the panels with the double sided tape (which has already been discussed), Use silicone, or Goop, and mount the panels so they will be secure, yet removable later. However, the LED panels need "room" to stay cool. I would suggest mounting with spacers to provide a "stand off" space between the back of the lamp panel and the light fixture. This will allow heat to dissipate and air to move around the panel. Off the top of my head, I am thinking pencil erasers, small pieces of wooden dowels, etc should work.
