These are the lights that I have used for my interior lights. I have no exterior flood lights so I don't know if these are what you want. If you know what incandescent bulb is used in them, perhaps I could suggest an LED type. I suspect the flood lights use a reflector and are brighter than the interior lights. Probably a cob style light would work best in them.
