WARNING- Purple CoolAid colored "Warm White" LEDs from Ebay.
Don't repeat my mistake and believe deceptive sellers :(
I checked it was "Warm White"
I checked it was my 912 base
I checked the Kelvins
I checked the seller's feedback
Impatiently ordered a 10 pack instead of trying one first :(
They arrived today, I plugged one in. Dim, purple koolaid color light :M

I wanted a little dimmer so we can have light that isn't as intense for one half of our overhead lights. I plan to wire them with new switches (and very minor wiring change) to allow A-B-AB operation.
So I am not concerned about the lower lumens. But the color is HORRIBLE!
I have benefited many times by the success and failures of others, they are so willing to share for the benefit of all. Count this one as my contribution ;)
Anyone have a better suggestion for a couple LEDs and one pretty bright one for the outside porch light (amber lens)?

Update: I noticed the LEDs are labeled '121' on the backs instead of '151' as shown in the listing, so maybe the sent the wrong ones? Anyone know the significance of these numbers?
