The 1076 bulb has a BA15D base, 2 contacts. It is about half way between an 1141 and an 1156, which have BA15S bases. Do an eBay search for "ba15d led warm white". I just tried that and found several cob style lights but no panels. IMHO a 18-5050 bulb will be a little dimmer and a 24-5050 may be about right, or maybe brighter. I suggest you buy 1 or 2 and try them before buying many.
Another option is to buy panels with any old base and break the incandescent bulb and solder the panels to the incandescent base. I did that before I could buy panels with the BA15S base.
