Any ideas on how to keep her in the bunk?
I made a simple/strong/inexpensive safety net for my son's bunk out of netting and webbing that I sourced from Seattle Fabrics.
The top rail is a length of 1/2" dia. fiberglass rod that's sewn into the webbing.
The bottom is permanently fastened to the bunk frame, it can be fastened up to the ceiling in with a couple of snap in just a few seconds, and when not in use it stows under the mattress.
Cheers,
-Mark - nephi007ExplorerHowdy.Thanks for the great advise. Our daughter just spent 6 years sleeping on jack knife sofa and respectfully requests a bunk bed for our next trailer. Yes, she has fallen out of her bad at home so my concern is based on that. Thanks again!

LOLOL!
WoodGlue - Ron3rdExplorer IIIAs noted above, there are lots of bed rail products designed for infants/small kids that are easily adapted to RV use. We have 2 different types for the grand kids. Buy one of those or make your own rail system.
- beemerphile1ExplorerSince you asked, I'm curious, how often does she fall out of bed at home? I would think a ten year old should be able to avoid falling out of bed.
- YajExplorerThey make tie wraps in all sizes, small, medium, large, extra large, and then they have the big ones, I call them the MR Babysitter size.
:E - David_RExplorerWe used a slide-in baby rail when our son was small, probably similar to christopherglenn's solution.

- portscannerExplorerSomebody already suggested duct tape. How about tacks - or nails?
Seriously - Amazon has an assortment of bed rail products
