Is it possible that there are screws in the ends into the cabinets and they glued the fabric over the screw heads? Heck they might even be brads. In my experience, usually things in RVs are not attached to studs and often attached with little thought of staying put for very long. I would also imagine that if they used screws they wouldn't be very long. So, I would opt to gently start prying it away and see what happens. I doubt you'll do any structural damage, what damage is there won't be an aesthetic concern since it will be behind the valance when re-installed. And I would re-install with L brackets in a different spot to get a bite on fresh holes and the ability to remove it later of need be.
