Installing Tankless WH w/dedicated electrical Power

Been thinking about installing a tankless water heater in my TT; it currently has a 6-gal Electric/Propane water heater that works when it wants (replaced an old last year) not sure why; kinda fed up ...

Water heater is actually brand new - never worked properly last year when it was installed - the old one had similar issues - it was exactly the same model as I took out (tank was ruptured) - hooked every thing back exactly the same way - took pictures and marked wires & connections before I took the old one out, so I could make sure everything was connected the same; as you say it is not rocket science
