Hi guys, I'm wanting to set up an inverter so I can run power off of my battery bank and solar. I had a 2000 / 4000 peak inverter that I had been using, but was tired of not having my outlets work...

Correct. The batteries are fully charged and the inverters work just fine when plugging anything else into them.
