I have 2005 Fleetwood Excursion 39S DP, Cat C7, Allison, and two furnaces. While traveling during the winter months the heater (running off of the engine hot water) up front heats that area nicely....

I would think that idling the Caterpillar would get old, fast, just for heat. Look at the thread Espar and hydronic heating. Since you have diesel onboard, the Espar is a great fit.
If you just want to distribute engine heat while traveling, a heat exchanger is all you need. There will be some work to install the two hoses.
