Hi 2oldman,
Yes I do push my inverter to the limit. Particularly in load support mode when only a 15 amp shore power supply is available.
The power path is:
15 amp shore-->autoformer-->Magnum inverter/charger set to 12 amps--RV.
Typical winter time demand for winter time use, I may run the water heater (1200 watts) and fridge (325 watts). I run a Nuwave induction cooker (up to 1200 watts)--and I'll run the microwave (1551 watts).
