One potential option is to get a 120V fixture you like and put in a 12V bulb of the same form factor.
x2.
Would be a problem in a trailer, but 5er ceiling is high enough to mount normal household fixtures. Yes, a "real" pendant that can swing around would be a bad idea in a moving RV.
Check Ebay for LED E19 12VDC or LED E26 12VDC. E19 is candelabra size thread, E26 - regular bulbs. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pack-of-2-5w-E26-LED-Bulbs-12-Volt-Warm-White-/321989909437?hash=item4af8181bbd:g:cNoAAOSwX~dWp6m1. US standard is E26, but Ebay sellers call it whatever they feel like. Sometimes you'll see E27/E26 - doesn't make sense but this is China, so don't be surprised.
Wattage of LED is 5 times lower per same brightness as "old" bulbs, so 5W LED is like 25W old bulb. Old-type RV bulbs are 18-20W.
Edit - PS: somehow I assumed that the OP was looking for LED, since this is what everybody installs, these days. There exist of course "old type" 12V incandescent bulbs with household type bases.
