RV LP fittings are all standard fittings available at any hardware store. I found this cool manifold on eBay that I used to replace a T fitting to my refrigerator and furnace. This added two more fittings for quick-connect appliances. All of the ports are standard 3/8" pipe thread (except for the input which is 1/2" pipe) and all of the fittings are what was needed for the appliance.
