- ccxnolaExplorerYES!
- FLY_4_FUNExplorerSo good they should come standard with every rv
- HalmfamilyExplorerWe have Blacked out Camco Aero Flo covers on ours. Easy to install, easy to open and clean and we can keep our vents opened 24/7. Ours cost $22.00 each.
- rexlionExplorerThey are great. I could keep the vent open 24/7 while the trailer was stored in the back yard, so there was always some air movement. And while driving I could have it open, too; don't try that with an unprotected vent cranked open or you could break off the lid.
I first put one on when my vent lid decayed from UV exposure (after about 4 years). A cracking lid that goes undetected could leak into the trailer, but a vent cover helps protect the trailer from potential leaks while it prolongs the life of the lid. - IvylogExplorer IIIYes.
- Hiker_01ExplorerOne of the first things I did was put them on all my vent covers. Now, I rarely close my vents, even in storage (which is covered). Never worry about rain coming in no matter how bad it is.
- wildtoadExplorer IIThey came on my last motorhome, and I had them installed on my new one. Very helpful in that you don't really have to worry about rain, and shield the vent covers from uv rays. They are easy to install and don't cost much.
- I have not seen the need. Left mine off when I installed the Fantastic Fan.
Open vent during rain is the only benefit that I know of. - ChrisatthebeachExplorerI have had one version or the other of them on all 4 of mine. The cheap plastic vent covers last a lot longer with these protecting them from the elements plus you can leave a vent open and not have rain come in.
Will put them on the next one we get too. - DutchmenSportExplorerI have a knockoff brand on all 3 of my vents. Love them. No problems at all. Really nice to leave the vents open when raining.
