Not really a modification per se, but a definite upgrade. Just put the memory foam mattress topper on after airing it out for about a week. (Yeah there's a little odor to it out of the package)Night and day difference...made me want to take a nap, but had to get back to work. Got mine at Same. Bought the 2" std queen 60" x 80" and then used an electric carving knife to slice 5" off the 80" end to make it a short queen as is in my TT. Price was $99.

Count me in. We have a mattress topper in our RV identical to the one we use at home. Makes it a lot easier to get a consistent night's sleep.My wife always slept chilly until we started sleeping on the memory foam toppers...she sleeps a lot more comfortably now. :)

Same here only we did not slice off anything but put the excess at the head of the bed. Wife has no problem puttng the sheets on with the excess so it stays.

We have one also and kept the excess at the foot of the bed. It fits DH better and I just flip the end up over the bed when we put the slide in for travel. We wouldn't be without one.

Overstock.com and big lots are great places to find one. Electric knife is the way to go to cut off any excess.
