I have heated campers using the oven, the stove top, the furnace, and cat heater, and blue flame, and with portable camp stove
But i would not enclose a heater, out of my sight in the underbelly
I'm 100% with Mr. Wizard on this ... find another solution other than something requiring burning some sort of fuel inside the underbelly area.
