jkwilson, we'd like to have it all! Plenty of water for everything. The whole point of a trailer is not to suffer like a tent camper does. ;)
And "cold" means anything below 20 degrees at night -- above that temp, we have had no problem with the tank freezing. With my hot water recirculator, we are ok down to 10 degrees.
In the Sierras, it rarely gets below zero, especially because the high altitude roads (and camping) are closed during the winter. But someday, I would like to take my trailer to the Canadian Rockies in winter.
