Mini-catalytic heater for keeping tanks warm off-grid??

I really want to enclose my underbelly and do more cold weather camping. But unless I have a huge solar array (impossible on such a small trailer), I can't power the heat tapes to keep the tanks from...

Insulating the tank and heating the water is probably going to be the most elegant solution. I might even go a step further and add a sensor to monitor the temperature of the water in the tank. You could heat the water up in the evening and monitor overnight to see how it drops. It will cool much more slowly than the air in the RV.
