- doxiemom11Explorer IISome shade would be great - hope it didn't sunburn in all that hot sand. Cool morning I hope. It looks like a doxie and they are little sweethearts. They love to be right by, next to or on the lap of their people. Probably sad that it wasn't love my people time.
- ccarrington99ExplorerThe materials we used were 2 x 3 pieces with plastic netting from Lowes I found it in the garden section there. Also put 2, 2 inch hinges on opposite sides of the sections so it would fold up accordion style. The piece under the steps is separate so it can placed in there first and then I used eyelet hooks to secure those.
So far pups like and don't have to be tied up suiting around with us. - LakeNExplorer

I thought about doing something like that with pvc pipes and maybe screen door netting or something stronger. Haven't really figured out how yet, and how to make it so its easy to take down, bundle up, and replace the netting if needed.
Something like this maybe....
I have seen one made with PVC piping that encircled all of the awning area. The plastic construction mesh was used for the screening. Looked great...even had a swinging gate. They set it up with awning mats over the entire area. - docnascarExplorerI thought about doing something like that with pvc pipes and maybe screen door netting or something stronger. - WeBeFulltimersExplorerYou're going to haul that around? :E
- camperkilgoreExplorerIf you could tell us what materials you used it would be great.
We have 4 dogs(3 weiners and 1 yorkie). Walking them often is a chore. - rockhillmanorExplorer IINaw, I think it's a dog that got to go camping with his family, is happy to be, and is contained safely.
Certainly better than being tied to a tree, choking on leash or worse yet left back at home alone. :C - dwayneb236Explorer

I like the giant pen. You can be in there with the furbabies which is nice. We only have a small pen for travelling and our dog considers it "puppy jail".
This is an "Awwwwwwww" picture. The doggie looks very depressed. - JaxDadExplorer III

They must be very well trained terriers.
Ditto that!!!
The only reason mine stays anyplace is because he's been told to. A 4' chain-link fence doesn't even slow him down. - rockhillmanorExplorer II

They must be very well trained terriers. I had to buy tops for my ex-pens that I take with RV'ing. I'd put them in and they would pop right out!
