Depends on how you are thinking of mounting it and what size you want to mount. If you mount the largest weight TV rated for a single swing arm mount then I would think twice about just the 4 screws used on those types of mounts.
If you are going to mount the big style plate to the wall that uses the two brackets that are bolted to the back of the TV to hang on it, that doesn't let the TV swing out, and you fill every hole on the plate with a screw then you would be fine with large wood screws.
There is also a Hybrid type that uses 2 arms to swing out (although much less than a single arm) that I would feel comfortable with if I had a strap or something to secure the TV against the wall during travel.
