need to change a fuel pump

Hello , I have a 1999 Winniebago Adventurer 35ft with v10 6.8l ,im wondering if there is enough room between the inside floor and the fuel tank for me to cut a hole into through the floor so i can get to the pump and change it from inside, and if there is enough where is the prime spot to put a hole? please help im running out of time to get this running, thank you so much for any help?

  • I truly hope somebody comes along and proves me wrong on this one.

Unfortunately I don't think any of us can tell you where the fuel pump is in relation to the interior of the coach. You might be able to make a guess by looking at the gas cap and then looking under the coach and tracing the fill hose to the tank. From there you have to find a way to visualize the interior so you can go into the coach and see if the area of the floor you imagine it's under is something that might be accessible.
