Not really, with the 15" wheels and heavier springs it seems fine, the weight on it now isn't even beginning to compress the springs.
Its most likely lighter now then it was as a camper. No sink, tanks, potty, or other furniture inside, just the added weight of a few sheets of plywood and a much better suited tongue.
I built the tongue today, I used a Fulton 50 degree coupler and some 4" C channel. It'll add a lot of strength to the frame and make towing it a lot safer.
