Non skid paint on toyhauler ramp and high wear areas

Hello all,
The nonskid tape is peeling off the ramp of my TH and many of the high wear areas like the steps, tongue and frame around the ramp/ door frame and hardware are painted black but the paint is peeling or wearing badly.

I was looking at this product
https://www.nonskidpaint.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=31

Has anyone had any experience with this or something similar?

Thanks

  • I have painted the ramp and floor of my cargo trailer with Behr Premium DeckOver (100% acrylic resin with ceramic microspheres) available at Home Depot. It gives a great non-skid surface and can be tinted to any color. It's not so rough that you can't walk on it with bare feet. I can't speak to the long term wear characteristics yet.
  • when I was in nam we mixed our own silica sand and paint , outdoor deck paint looked good and no slip.about cup and a half to the gal. stir while painting.
