My rig came with a drop in stove top, but no propane oven, just a cabinet. I removed the doors and installed a Fisher-Paykel dishwasher (called a dishdrawer) and the wife loves it. It is the same size as an oven would have been and looks like it was installed when the rig was new.
Unless your DW loves doing dishes, she'll appreciate the dishwasher. It uses less water than doing them by hand.
