Propane tank locks for my TT

Have any of you hear experience tank theft or swapping?

Maybe lock the tanks while the RV is in offsite storage, but I would unlock before taking the rig on the road.

I have. The jerks were hitting a park at night and stealing tanks from multiple RVs.

This is exactly why the doors on 5th Wheels where propane tanks are stored don't have locks on them.

I doubt I'll be worrying about theft of my propane tanks. Or my satellite dish. Or my solar panels.
