While many of the storage bay locks and even entry door spring locks share common keys, most deadbolt locks are individual or unique. If you are concerned, just replace the dead bolt lock pin cylinder with another cylinder from a hardware store, or you can replace the whole thing. They are not that expensive.
As for storage bay doors, I don't know of anyone that has re-keyed them, although if you are willing to spend the money, I'm sure a locksmith can do that for you. I've not heard of anyone having issues with unauthorized unlocking of a storage bay.
