2001 Dodge Roadtrek 170 Popular. This 19 footer has too much crammed into it. minor remodel

There is a small cabinet right over the sink, which  makes it difficult  to get over the sink to was or shave. I'd  like to remove it. Problem: It is sandwiched between the stove hood and microwave. ...

I had a 2002 Roadtrek 170 that I remodeled. The cabinets are screwed to the walls. I took off the Old TV cabinet and mounted a small tv/dvd player to the wall next  to the kitchen. I also took out the third seat and put cabinets in its place.
