Montana RVs use screws in the corners under a flap of valance fabric. It looks like the valance is fitted between the cabinets. I would look for screws there. I would not pry the valance off the wall until I had fully checked everywhere for screws. Remove the drapery and peel off the Pleather down to bare wood if necessary.
