Sofa is getting soft

We have had the same problem and have replaced recliners many times. The problem is that my husband is a big guy and he sits in the same chair all the time. Because of his weight the cushions break down over time. This has been true with Lazy Boy and other quality manufactures. We currently have a reclining love seat that we paid almost $2K for and his side is sinking badly after less than a year of daily use.

It's frustrating because my chairs never have that problem but that's the price we have to pay when we are larger than the average customer that the product was manufactured for.
