In my case I have a Fantastic vent that has a knurled plastic knob about 3/4 dia. that my short wife has an issue reaching. This pole might work with some adjustment but I am not paying that price. Thinking of installing a Fantastic Vent in my bedroom so what I can do is get one with a remote for the bathroom and then move the bathroom one to the bedroom. Problem solved, albeit expensively. :(
