Sweet, beach shack is a great theme.
For the fridge front panel: download or create whatever you'd like on the frig. Take the digital file to a sign company and have them make a decal for it. Apply decal on frig.
Lights: I made these fixtures loaded with LED panels. It is a display card frame from the dollar store and a cheap 12v LED panel with self stick backing. I replaced the easel back with a piece of cut aluminum, screwed the aluminum and attached LED to the ceiling, slid the frame onto the aluminum. Total depth is 3/8", they downfire light through the glass and are easy on the eyes. Total cost was about $4.
