Remove Engine Cover

I have 1992 Tiffin Allegro Bay with F350. I have read everything to remove this cover. It has a latch in the front and two hinges up top. Manual says to face both chairs towards each other to be clear to lift. Passenger seat is to close no matter where I put it. I doesn’t seam out of line or bent. I am about ready to take the saws all to it. Please help.
