personaly I would go a tiny bit larger just to make sure it hids any marks from the previous one.

these ones look deicent and you can select from the 5 different color temp settings.

I managed to find some expensive plug in cards for the fixtures in my camper on Ebay. If I had 10, I would consider going to fixtures for incandescent bulbs and finding compatible LED bulbs.
