OP here, with an update.
Of the ten ceiling fixtures, only 2 or so are perfect (all eight LEDs working). Two have failed completely, and 5 or 6 fixtures have only two - five working light emitters. I did check the voltage at one of the completely failed fixtures, and it was good. There is no pattern to the failures, they are randomly spaced throughout the 23 ft trailer, and all other electrical components seem to be working fine. I assume they failed due to age (over ten years) and the generally cheap components chosen for lower/middle range units like this one.
Also, on another forum someone pointed out that Command Electronics has some similar light fixtures for sale on Amazon. When I first starting looking into replacing these lights a year ago I did not find any by Command Electronics. I did find other brands with mixed reviews, and saved them in an Amazon list. I don't think Command was selling through Amazon when I first looked or I would have seen them. I'll definitely consider them. My next challenge is finding replacements that have individual switches and are similar in light output to the originals. I hate lights taht are too bright!
Any further suggestions are welcome.
