I would buy a Fantastic fan and install it in the place of the A/C. The standard opening is 14" square (nominal) and should fit fine.
You might also consider installing the new fan in a new hole in the ceiling, not replacing the A/C unit. Many will not buy a trailer without a working A/C unit, or reduce the amount they will offer substantially. . .
