You might get one to fit but I think the problem will be clearance above the blades so air can circulate around them. That may be part of the problem with your existing fan.
As far as I know, there needs to be a certain amount of space between the blades and the ceiling for the fan to operate normally. There may not be that space in an RV and still have enough head room to walk under the fan.
