I just did this a month ago in our 5er. Found a Westinghouse model 78108 at a local store, but they have them on Amazon. We had an ugly polished brass one that made a lot of noise. We really didn't really care that much about how this one performed as we liked the all white look and the fact it has a light. With the new one it blends into the ceiling with being all white and it is a lot quieter than the old.
