Replacing floor of water compartment. What's best to use?

Thanks folks. I don't know about puck board, not much hockey here in my part of Florida.

I think I am going to test 1" thick Composite boards for this job. Seems to be fairly lightweight, economical and any water from washing out that compartment won't damage it. Will let you know how it goes.
